Roudier Théron, Romuald


Romuald Roudier Théron is a curator and researcher in graphic design, member of the Teamed research group (AIAC laboratory) at the University Paris VIII. He graduated from the Beaux-Arts de Toulouse and holds a Master’s degree in Exhibition Sciences and Techniques from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Since November 2020, under the direction of Catherine de Smet, he has been working on a doctoral thesis that examines the modes of existence of books in a digital context. Between 2012 and today, he has mounted several exhibition, publication and conference projects supported by various institutions (BNF, CNAP, CNEAI, Galerie Florence Loewi, Nuit Blanche, Ile de France region). Since 2021, he has been a member of the editorial board of the magazine Tools, dedicated to manufacturing techniques and know-how in design, crafts and industry. At the ESAD in Reims, Romuald teaches the theory and history of graphic design in the Bachelor programme and the Master programme.
